DEA Gulliver Autogate Repair
Today we went to check DEA Gulliver 400V 3 Phase autogate motor in the Bukit Raja Industrial Area, Sector 7, Shah Alam. This customer has been using our DEA Gulliver motor for nearly 18 years. I remember we installed the DEA motor in the year 2004.
The issue with the autogate is that it can open the autogate automatically, but when using the push button to close the gate, it doesn’t move. The push button is not working properly. It appears that the issue is not related to the autogate motor itself but rather to the wiring, which is causing the problem. According to our previous records, we faced wiring issues during the installation process as well. But, these problems were resolved by the factory facility department at that time.
