After checking the customer’s needs, we recommended the Tronica® 3000 AC Sliding Autogate System. This motor is designed for large and heavy sliding gates weighing up to 3,000kg. It has a strong motor, large gears and an oil bath gearbox to help reduce heat during use.
It is also suitable for gates that need to open and close many times a day, such as factory and business gates. After explaining the motor and installation cost, the customer agreed to proceed.
The good news was that the old autogate wiring could still be used. We installed the new Tronica® 3000 motor and made some changes to the gate gear rack to ensure it worked properly with the new motor.
After installation, the large factory gate was working with a motor better suited to its size and daily use.
