Repair Dnor 712 Autogate in Jalan Kebun
Good evening. Today, we conducted troubleshooting for a Dnor autogate on Jalan Kebun in Shah Alam. According to the customer, their Dnor 712 autogate arm wasn’t working correctly at night. The gate staying open and not closing properly. The customer tried to contact the original autogate installer but couldn’t get in touch with them. When we opened the cover of the arm, we noticed that the warranty on the autogate arm’s DC motor was indicated as 2015. This led us to suspect that the components inside the Dnor autogate arm were quite old. With the customer’s agreement, we replaced the worn-out Dnor autogate arm with a new and original Dnor 212 autogate motor. We showed all the components of the Dnor autogate arm to the customer for their understanding and assurance.
