Good morning! We were recently contacted by a customer from Bandar Baru Bangi who uses WYA autogate arms and needs both arms replaced. The customer shared that they’ve already replaced the autogate control board a few months ago, but now, they are looking for new autogate arms. Unfortunately, the original seller informed him that they no longer carry WYA arms. The only options available were OAE and FBM autogates. While these brands were suggested, the customer wasn’t satisfied with the options and wanted a better alternative.

Determined to find a solution, the customer called Jacky and shared his story and intentions to upgrade his entire autogate system. After discussing his needs, we introduced him to our KRON 929 Autogate Arms. He was immediately impressed by their robust design and durability. During the replacement process, we also noticed that the PVC autogate box was damaged and at risk of water ingress. We offered to replace it, and the customer agreed. Now, the autogate is fully upgraded with KRON arms and a new PVC box!
