Faulty Transformer and Dead Backup Battery

After checking the system, we found two problems.The autogate transformer had failed, and the backup battery was already completely dead. This explained why the gate could not operate during the power outage.

The customer was quite surprised because the battery had only been replaced a few months ago. Since this was the first power failure after the replacement, he expected the battery to still be in good condition. It is possible that the previous battery installed was not actually a new one.
We replaced the faulty 12V-0V-9V-0V-12V autogate transformer with a brand-new original transformer. The customer also requested a higher-capacity backup battery, so we installed one to provide longer backup power in future power outages.

Because we had all the required spare parts in our service vehicle, everything was repaired and tested in less than one hour.

Once the customer’s autogate was working perfectly again, we headed to our next service call in Subang Jaya to repair another customer’s autogate remote control problem.
