Repair OAE Autogate Panel Board and Autogate Transformer in Klang

Good morning! We helped a customer in Klang fix their OAE autogate, which wasn’t working. Usually, when an autogate can’t open, whether via the autogate receiver or push button, the issue is often with the autogate control board. However, the customer suspected it wasn’t the case, as the autogate control board and remote receiver were both replaced just a few months ago. Upon arrival, we opened the autogate box to inspect the components inside. We found that the autogate control panel was damaged, as was the autogate transformer. It’s likely that the faulty transformer caused the damage to the autogate control board. So, we immediately replaced the S3 swing autogate board and the 12v-09v-0v-09v-12v transformer. We brought along spare parts, which allowed us to repair the autogate on-site.

In addition to the OAE autogate board service at this house in Klang, we also had several other customer homes, including one in USJ, where a DNOR 712 arm autogate was broken.
