Cheras Dnor 712 Autogate Repair
Good Morning. We were contacted by a customer from Cheras to check the autogate wiring, control panel, and remote control because their Dnor 712 autogate was not functioning properly. According to the customer, a wireman had previously visited but was unable to resolve the issue due to lack of experience, and could only help by removing the autogate arm so the customer could enter and exit. We arrived with Dnor autogate spare parts and began troubleshooting for several issues with the autogate. After checking, we found that the wiring was okay; however, the recon autogate control board was not working. We replaced it with a new S3 swing autogate board. The customer also requested that we replace the autogate battery, which was dead. During testing, we discovered that the Dnor 712 arm autogate was not closing properly. This issue was caused by a loose Dnor bracket on the wall. Everything is now functioning smoothly after we fix the bracket.
