Hi everyone. Once again, we visited this customer’s house in Sri Petaling. They are using the Mag Underground Swing Autogate System. Previously, we replaced the right-side underground mini DC motor not long ago, just last month.
This time, the customer contacted us again because both sides of the underground autogate suddenly could not open. After our inspection, we found two faulty components:
- the underground autogate control panel, and
- the underground autogate left-side gearbox.
During the first visit, we had already recommended installing a new autogate system and explained the disadvantages of repairing an old underground system. However, the customer preferred to fix the old system first. Now that it has failed again, they finally agreed to install a new autogate.

When customers contact us about underground swing autogate issues, the first thing we do is ask a few questions to understand the actual situation. We check whether:
- both sides cannot open,
- only one side is faulty, or
- the gate opens only halfway.
