Can you please take some pictures of your front entrance, making sure to capture the entire gate. Also, it would be helpful if you could take separate pictures of the left and right side arms. If one side of your autogate is moving slowly, it would be great if you could include a video as well. Please record the video while standing still and holding the camera horizontally. Avoid walking around during the recording.

Last Sunday, someone from USJ called us for help but didn’t want to share any pictures. He told us that the bearings on the right side of the gate are worn out and we only need to replace one of them with a new bearing. He repeatedly insisted that we didn’t need the photos. And then he started to insult us. We then had no choice but to reject him.

After that, he finally agreed to share a few photos. As soon as I looked at them, I noticed that there was a screw missing from the arm. Afterward, I made a phone call and instructed him to reinsert the screw, and it worked. He didn’t have to spend a single cent for that fix.
A picture tells a thousand words. It’s hard to know which arm you’re using or what problems you’re facing without looking at the pictures. Seeing the pictures would make it easier to understand and help you better.
