Sliding Autogate Repair in Bangi – Motor Cannot Stop Running?
Hi! We got a call from a customer in Bangi who had a problem with their sliding autogate motor.
The problem:
Even after the gate fully opens or closes, the motor keeps running and doesn’t stop.
At first, the customer called another contractor they found online. That team came, checked for almost an hour opened this, checked that but couldn’t solve the problem. Finally, they said:
“Actually, we usually install arm autogates, not sliding ones.”
They guessed it might be the limit switch, but they had no spare parts. Then, they asked the customer to change the whole motor system very costly!

Then the customer called Kedai Autogate
We came over and found the problem in less than 10 minutes.
There were 2 issues:
- The motherboard (control board) was faulty
- The limit switch was damaged
We fixed both problems:
Replaced the board with an F5 sliding autogate control board
Did some modification to install a new limit switch (since the same model was not available)
Now, the autogate works perfectly – opens and closes smoothly, and the motor stops like normal.
