We recently had a customer from Petaling Jaya who called us because one side of his OAE 333A arm autogate was not moving. He didn’t want to change the whole system just the damaged arm.
He wanted the same model, same size, and same design so he didn’t need to do any rewiring or changes. The good news? We have OAE 333A arm autogate in stock, both new and secondhand.

If he wants to save money, he can take the secondhand arm. No warranty, but we test it first before giving it to him.
If he wants better quality and peace of mind, he can choose the new one which comes with warranty.
In the end, the customer picked the new OAE 333A arm autogate because it’s more reliable for long-term use. He also said he wants to install it himself at home (DIY). No problem! We’re always ready to help if he needs any technical support.
