Low Price Autogate, No Support After Installation – End Up Paying More Later

Hi everyone. Recently, we were contacted by a customer from Jalan Kebun who had a problem with their autogate, even though it was installed just three months ago. This customer had actually reached out to us earlier to request a quotation for a new autogate installation. We had shared all the details, including the Tronica® autogate price, installation process, company information, and after-sales service. However, the customer decided to go with another installer found on Facebook who offered a slightly cheaper price.

Unfortunately, things did not go as expected. The customer later found out that the autogate had stopped working. When they tried to contact the original installer, there was no response. After inspection, we discovered that the Dnor S3 autogate control board was damaged. What surprised us most was that it was not a brand-new board. The previous installer had used a second-hand control board, which explains why it failed so quickly.

We replaced it with a genuine Dnor S3 control board, and the autogate is now working perfectly again. We assured the customer that we will take care of their autogate system from now on, and we hope there will be no more issues in the future.
