This customer from Kelana Jaya had not been using their autogate for almost 5 months due to a faulty Mag underground autogate motor. They had planned to install a new autogate system, especially since the gate had also sagged due to worn-out bearings. Being busy with work, the customer was looking for a company that could handle both the autogate installation and gate bearing replacement in one visit.

After contacting several autogate companies in Kelana Jaya, most of them only offered autogate installation services and did not provide gate bearing replacement. The customer’s swing gate was not particularly large or heavy, so the task was manageable. We dispatched two of our top technicians to handle the job, which involved the installation of the Tronica® 929 Arm Autogate system and the replacement of 2 gate bearings on the right side (top and bottom).

Installation of Tronica® 929 Autogate and Gate Bearing Replacement

The work started with replacing the worn-out gate bearings. One technician carefully cut out the old bearings while the other held the gate securely in place. Once removed, the new bearings were welded in and leveled to ensure the gate aligned correctly. Only after confirming this did we proceed to install the Tronica® 929 Arm Autogate motor.

It’s worth noting that the old underground gearbox was left in place. We simply drilled a hole to route the wiring from the underground system and connected it to the new Tronica® swing arm autogate.

The entire process – from bearing replacement to autogate installation – was completed on the same day. We conducted a full test to ensure smooth operation, and only once the customer was fully satisfied did our team leave for their next assignment.
