According to the customer, the left side of the existing swing gate could no longer close because it had dropped and was scraping the floor. The autogate system had also stopped functioning. After checking the photos they sent us, we noticed that the lower bearing on the left gate leaf had come off this was the main reason the gate was stuck and unable to close.
We explained the available solutions to the customer:
They could either replace the entire swing gate with a new design, or simply replace the upper and lower gate bearings on the left leaf.
