We recently helped a customer in Selayang with their sliding autogate. The autogate, which uses an AC motor, had stopped working even though it was less than two years old. The original installer no longer supports this type of motor and suggested either buying a new one or finding another repair service. That’s when the customer reached out to us for help.
When we checked the autogate, we found that the control panel was damaged. Luckily, we had the exact control board needed. After replacing the damaged board with a new one, the autogate started working properly again.
