After 9 years, we got a call from a regular customer. They had an autogate named OAE 333A, and it worked fine until last month. But then it started having problems. Every day, the gate came off the track, and they had to fix it by hand. They saw that the roller, which moves the gate, wasn’t turning properly.
They checked and found that the roller was causing the issue. It might be worn out or blocked, stopping it from moving freely. They also looked to see if anything was in the way of the gate, causing it to come off the track. They made sure the gate’s track was straight and that all the moving parts were oiled. They used WD40 to oil the autogate parts like the bearing, roller, hinges, arm, and brackets every week.

One morning, the autogate started making a really loud noise that even the neighbor from across the street heard. They thought the gate might break. At first, they thought the part that moves the gate, called the autogate arm, was broken. But after looking closer, they saw that the part helping the gate move, the autogate roller, wasn’t working and looked twisted.
