Autogate Cannot Open – Customer Stuck Inside House

Hi everyone. Early this morning, we rushed to Klang to repair an autogate that suddenly could not open. The customer was stuck inside the house and could not drive out. The customer called us early in the morning because they needed to send their child to school, but the gate would not open. In the end, they had to ask a neighbour to help send the child to school. Their child even had to climb over the gate because the house did not have a small side door. We also tried to guide the customer on how to remove the autogate arm first so the gate could be opened manually, but the customer did not know how and did not have the right tools.
