Dnor Autogate Not Opening via Remote or Indoor Switch – Service Case in Klang

Good afternoon. We received a call from a customer in Meru, Klang regarding a Dnor 212 autogate system that completely failed to open both the autogate remote control and the indoor push button were unresponsive. According to the customer, he tried contacting the original autogate installer but could not reach them.
