Real Case in Damansara Jaya – Tronica® Replacement

One of our customers in Damansara Jaya had this exact problem. The right side of their OAE autogate arm became slow, then stopped working completely. The installer told them to keep using the slow arm, as they didn’t have any spare parts. Later, the gate stopped working entirely, and the installer couldn’t be contacted.
